Ingredients: oatmeal, whey protein concentrate from milk, milk protein, egg protein powder, cocoa paowder, sweetener: sucralose. It may contains soy and nuts. RECOMMENDED USE: dissolve one serving of product 3,5 scoops (50g) in 80ml of water or milk, stir to obtain a uniform consistency. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a hot, well oiled, pan to get a golden colour. WARNINGS: Do not exeed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as substitute of a varied diet.
